We had a 16'x21' pond with 2 waterfalls installed in May, 2003. A separate company put in the electrical components to 2 pumps and pond lights. The pumps have burned out several times (replaced for free by the pond company); the lights have exploded, melted and never worked for more than a few days. We have two firms who seem to bend over backward to help us, but we still do not have 2 consistently working waterfalls (never more than 2 weeks). Has anyone experienced this problem? Are there any suggestions? We're stymied.
