The good news is that your filter is cycling. The bad news is that nitrite spikes are hard to battle. If you can salt the water it'll make it easier on your fish's gills. Salt to .3% (1 lb salt per 100 gallons of water every day for 3 days). Your other option is to continue water changes. Good luck. Please keep us posted.
