I think you are probably fine. The bio filter will take a little while to kick into gear and once the lilies start growing they will also suck up extra 'nutrient' from the water. Warm days have started the algae growing and other things haven't caught up yet.

For a cheap temp fix, get a five gallon bucket, drill a bunch of 1/4" holes in the bottom, run hose from the outlet of the pump to the top of the bucket. Set the bucket so it drains freely back into the water. This will add filtration to catch up with your winter backlog and add more beneficial bacteria to eat up the extra nitrogen. For a more permanent 'trickle tower', use one of those clay pots with holes in the sides that strawberries are grown in. My small pond is half the size of yours, and that's all I use for filtration. I have a snapdragon planted in the gravel, so its roots help the process as well.
