I wasn't watching very closely but had noted my Blue tropical was really stretching to quite a diameter. So I was definitely surprise when the other day, up pop 4 probably White Knight night blooms. The most likely scenerio I can guess is early last spring Shirley and Don gave me some mystery tubers. One really took off, in fact so well I gave it to another ponder, because it was so large. At one time I had a ridiculous amount of pots in my pond. Although I have given most of them away over the past year+ I musta had a second smaller bulb in one of the few remaining pots I, and it is just now really taking hold. Frankly the blooms are mostly interesting to me because of course they are primarily at night. But I love the large leaves and deep veins that grow on the bottom of them.
