There are a number of low-light tolerant plants. Here are my favorites:
impatiens
maidenhair fern
Korean sunrise
lizard's tail
strawberries and cream (variegated grass)
ruby runner
You can also look at other types of landscape ferns, as long as the recommendation for water is something like "keep soil evenly moist". Most will do great in a bog-type of environment.
