Dr. Weingarten called today to let me know that Bill Kauffman slipped and fell in his pond and injured his spinal cord, leaving him paralyzed from the shoulders down. He is in Brackenridge Hospital ICU, but will probably move out of ICU today to a regular room. Please send him cards of encouragement and keep him in your prayers!
