We just relocated to Austin in the spring. I have two questions for you guys...
1. We have an approximately 30 gallon Asian ceramic pot that has housed two fantail goldfish for a few years. In our previous home, we brought them into a "winter home" inside so I didn't have to fret about them during the cold months. Since the pot sits on top of the ground, do you think they will be OK if we leave them in the outside pot through the winter season? They do have a little fountain for water movement and aeration.
2. Our new house is extremely modern, so a 'natural' looking pond would be completely out of place. Do you know anyone in town who has experience with installing modern ponds? I'm thinking concrete block to match some block on our home.
