non-electric pumps to oxygenate pond in tub

I have finally gotten some plants into some of my galvanized tubs. I have no electricity going to them so I need something like a solar pump (very small, I imagine) to help oxygenate the tubs. I have no fish.

Is there something that would work like a solar pump and/or plants that would help?
