Owner-built, 1250 gallon pond, waterfalls, koi and goldfish, treehouse. Accessible.

This pond was newly built in 2024 by Manuel and his brother, Jorge Villaneuva. The original idea was to have a place to relax and provide an area for friends and family to gather on the lush back lawn.

The pond and garden encircle the large cedar elm tree with its treehouse, built for their two daughters when they were children. It is now a home office for their daughter. The pond is four feet deep and about 1,250 gallons; it includes a mesh filter, two waterfalls, koi and goldfish. Pet hens are free to enjoy the garden as well!
