Austin Pond Tour 2025
Jo Ann and Jeff's Pond

JoAnn & Jeff

2000 gallon pond, waterfall, goldfish, treehouse, herb garden, native plants, roses, garden art. Accessible.

This unique property welcomes visitors with gardens that blend art and nature into a magical experience. In the front garden at the right side of the home, towering metal flowers offer a playful preview of what is to come. Along the walkway to the rear gardens, perennials weave a tapestry of color. Granite paths wind through distinct garden “rooms” filled with eclectic seating areas, whimsical art, and lush vegetation. Talavera pottery, edible plants, and statues with watchful expressions appear throughout, along with a wine bottle “rose” border—evidence of the owner’s creativity.

Two matching garden buildings echo the home’s buttercream hue: a teahouse with a teapot and china collection, and a mosaic studio where broken pieces become benches and birdbaths. A large greenhouse shelters rabbit statuary and collectibles. The highlights include a 2,000-gallon pond and waterfall framed with green pea gravel from Washington and a 10-foot-high deck that serves as a treehouse, overlooking a birdhouse village, herb garden, and vibrant butterfly garden
